SUP FIIT Class

45 Minutes

Challenge your core, upper body and lower body in this 45 minute all-over fat burning workout performed half on the sand & half on the water with time to chill on the board at the end of the session.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Having never SUPd before, with Emma's entertaining and informative training, I was feeling confident, up and enjoying every minute like a pro, in no time (the pro bit may be a bit of an exaggeration!). The group photos Emma took of us was just the cherry on top for a memorable day!
